Refund policy

At Ananda, each piece is thoughtfully made with care. We request our customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. Please note that sarees are delivered without fall and/or edging. 

Ananda offers exchange only and does not provide refunds. Exchange requests must be made through the website or by contacting us at anandaprints@gmail.com within 07 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted. All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. Customers are requested to take a video of them opening the package and a photo of the item they wish to exchange and attach the same to the exchange request. The difference in amount must be paid when creating an exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders. Exchange items will be delivered to the same address as the original order. 

Refunds will be considered only in the rare instance of receiving a damaged or defective product, or if an incorrect item has been sent. In such cases, customers are requested to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs for verification.

Customized or altered garments, as well as items purchased during sales or at discounted prices, are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handwoven fabrics and should not be considered defects. Colour may vary slightly from the photo on the website and the actual product. Ananda reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests after inspection of the returned item.
